1.3. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
2. Product Information and Pricing
2.1. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
2.3. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, in the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment received.
3. Pre-Order and Advance Payment Policy
3.1. Customers may place a pre-order or pre-book certain items before they are available for general sale.
3.2. A non-refundable advance payment equivalent to 40% of the total product price is required to confirm a pre-order.
3.3. Once a pre-order is placed and the advance payment has been received, the payment becomes non-refundable, regardless of any subsequent cancellation or change of mind by the customer.
3.4. The remaining balance (if any) must be paid in full before delivery or at the time of collection, as notified by us.
3.5. Delivery dates for pre-ordered items are estimates only and may be subject to delay. We shall not be liable for any such delays beyond our reasonable control.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payments must be made using one of the authorized methods available on our website.
4.2. Orders will only be processed after payment verification is complete.
4.3. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any order in the event of payment issues, fraud suspicion, or technical errors.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, and other factors.
5.2. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur.
5.3. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
6.1. Pre-orders and pre-bookings are strictly non-refundable.
6.2. Regular purchases (non-pre-orders) may be eligible for return or exchange only in the event of a defective or incorrect product, subject to our return policy.
6.3. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after verification.
7. Order Cancellation by Seller
7.1. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
7.2. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued for the amount paid (excluding non-refundable pre-order payments where applicable).
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of our website, delay in delivery, or order cancellation.
8.2. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or order.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
9.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
